Hannaford’s Landing is a modern two storey building originally constructed in 2007 to a very high standard. It is home to a variety of occupiers include the largest holiday letting in the area and a variety of other workshop users including Devon Rum. Located in a prime location on Island Street with nearby carparks as well as other highly regarded independent and national occupiers nearby. Island Street is increasingly the preferred location for high end retailers and restaurateurs, attracting the likes of Devon Rum, Salcombe Gin, Salcombe Dairy’s Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Factory, Twisted Marine and Rockfish which we understand are opening in 2024. Salcombe is an iconic English seaside town renowned for its picturesque harbour, golden beaches and captivating coastlines. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Salcombe has been an affluent holiday hot-spot for generations, offering a vibrant harbour-side town brimming with independent shops, restaurants and bars. Salcombe Harbour is home to over 1,600 boats and attracts a further 6,000 vising boats a year.
