The community is approximately 3.0 miles east of US-183 and 12.0 miles west of I-35. The Property is accessible via FM 3405. With proximity to US-183, Ronald Reagan Boulevard, and Highway 29, this location offers excellent connectivity to significant local services and employment centers in Williamson and Travis counties (Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, etc.). The Property is located within a high growth market area in the Austin MSA. The Competitive Market Area (CMA) for the Subject Property (portions of Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Leander, and Florence) continues to rapidly expand. Between 3Q18 and 3Q21, annual new home starts increased from 1,943 to 5,051 starts (160%increase). The CMA currently accounts for 18.9% of total new starts in the Austin MSA.
