Carretera Perales de Tajuña a Albares, km 7.300

Industrial building of approximately 1,536 m2 built on a plot of land of 9,162 m2 of graphic surface, built on the margin of the Perales de Tajuña to Albares Highway, km 7,300 in the town of Carabaña. The facilities built inside the plot functioned as the pharmaceutical laboratories that manufactured, packaged, stored and distributed the product “Carabaña salt soap” and its derivatives, as well as the bottling plant and the old Chavarri Power Station, a completely restored building, as well as its turbine. On the other side, there is the Balneario de Aguas de Carabaña, restored in 2010. The property has 100KW of photovoltaic panels on the roof sold by decree of 2009.
