On the user-representation side, he has represented many businesses in both lease and purchase negotiations, including Sun Coast Resources, RectorSeal, Olmsted-Kirk Paper Company, HOGG Outfitters, Primoris Service Corporation, and Mechantek Corp.
Matthew Morrison, Vice President
Prior to joining Transwestern, Matthew primarily focused on project leasing for a national REIT and local developers and site selection for regional clients in the greater Houston area.
Before beginning his career in commercial real estate, Matthew worked in deepwater drilling operations on drill ships and semi-submersible rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and abroad in the Philippines, in addition to semi-submersible rig management and project management in the shipyard in Corpus Christi, Texas.
