About Central Expressway
The Central Expressway office node stretches north and south along Interstate 75 from the central Dallas towards LBJ Freeway. Traveling north, the highway acts as a primary gateway towards the northern suburbs, and carries commuters who work in downtown, uptown, and key employment areas in Collin County. A mix of high-end retail and multifamily properties and access to DART light rail make a strong value proposition for tenants in the area.
Central Expressway’s office market is best described as diverse, offering options for a wide variety of tenants. While most existing buildings are smaller and generally older, 20 buildings are greater than 200,000 SF, and new development is reshaping the area. CityPlace Tower is the largest building along I-75.
