Mike Tranfalia brings over seven years of New York City commercial real estate experience and financial modelling skills to the Cushman & Wakefield team.  Mike moved to New York City in 2003 and attended the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in Manhattan.  After receiving his MBA, he began his real estate career at Newmark Knight Frank as an analyst in their Financial Services Department where he ran financial modelling, acquisitions, and transactions closings.  Following five years of work experience, he moved to Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Agency Services to strengthen their department’s analytical, modelling, and transactional areas.  Mike continues to help develop and grow the Cushman & Wakefield reputation within the greater New York area.
