ABOUT THE PROPERTY
We are located in the original Durfee Textile School, which was constructed in 1890 to train and educate leaders in the local textile industry. The building later served as a school before it was left unoccupied for 20 years. The building was redeveloped in 2020 as a mixed-use space with 50 residential units at the Creative Class Lofts.
