Adam Viente, Executive Managing Director
His focus is on office lease transactions, project marketing, business development and client relationship management, while directing a highly experienced team to create long-term value for office investor clients through a focus on client investment objectives, key market drivers, macroeconomic trends and capital market opportunities.
Over his career Mr. Viente has become a market leader in repositioning and leasing up Class A and B assets as well as leading the marketing and leasing for new developments, representing such clients as Granite Properties, JP Morgan, Charter-Hall Office REIT, TA Realty, CB Richard Ellis Investors, LaSalle Investment Management, MetLife Real Estate, KBS Realty, Parmenter Realty, Cousins Properties, Rubenstein Partners, AIG, Crocker Partners, Piedmont Office REIT, Wells Real Estate Funds, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, ORIX, and Brookfield Property Group. A large portion of Mr. Viente’s agency leasing experience has come in trophy urban assets that include 3344, 3348 and 3350 Peachtree, Buckhead Tower, One Alliance Center, Midtown Union and Promenade II.
Mr. Viente started his career with Jones Lang LaSalle in 1999 as a Market Research/ Financial Analyst and was responsible for all local market research in Atlanta. Jeff Bellamy, Executive Managing Director
Having leased over fifteen million square feet of CBD and suburban office properties during his career, with significant large lease experience, Jeff has consistently been a top ten producer as recognized by JLL, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and NAIOP.
Jeff is actively involved with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He holds a real estate brokers license in Georgia.
