About Preston Center

Preston Center is one of the premier areas in the metroplex, with a highly educated labor pool to draw from in North Dallas. The area is a hotbed of financial and professional services firms. It is anchored by the Plaza of Preston Center, offering a walkable landscape with over 165 restaurants and plenty of high-end shopping. While 60% of the building stock was constructed between 1980 and 1990, these are high-quality office buildings that command the second-highest rental rates in Dallas-Fort Worth just behind Uptown/Turtle Creek. The prevalence of luxury single-family homes makes the area attractive for tenants, executives, and investors.

Preston Center has benefited from a flight to quality.
