Berdan RV Park is a great place to stay. The owner Jacob Berdan is friendly and helpful. The lots are concrete and level. The park itself is extremely clean and very well kept. You can tell the owner cares about the property and the guests. I was getting a strong signal on my AT@T Nighthawk. There is a laundry center on site with powerful washers and dryers. Also, one of the first RV parks I've seen with a change machine, in the laundry room. That's very convenient! Sounds good already right? Well it gets better, there is also propane refill on site, and he'll fill them for a very reasonable price. On my final day there, he was having a strong park Wi-Fi installed. I highly recommend Berdan RV park, if you want a peaceful place to rest and recharge.

Very clean and very quiet rv Park. Love that it has its own propane location and laundry room. I do recommend this rv park and the owner very nice person always keeping the location clean 10/10 best ?? ??

Stayed here about a month ago. The owner is very personable, and really goes the extra mile. This place is was underpriced when you consider the level of service and care put into developing this new campground. Even if it was twice the price, I would much rather place my support here, where I know it is an investment that will be put back into making a more enjoyable place for everyone rather than going to one of those other places where they barely keep up with maintenance. Highly recommended!

I have stayed in many RV parks in my 16 years of full-time RVing. This is a nice park being developed into a nicer park. Reasonable rates. Jacob Berdan, the owner, is the most honest, decent, helpful manager/owner I have ever known. Highly recommend.

It's quiet and very peaceful and the people around the area are very polite and has a playground for my little one it has two parking spaces for each lot that's very convenient it has a play SRI fill your propane all in the same little village

I've been to a lot of laundromats and by far this one is the best. The machines work, its clean, there's a playground, its 24/hrs open to the public. I drove a good while there for something like this. And its a safe and quite neighborhood. I would recommend this toeverybody.

The best run RV Parks I have stayed at. The owner is very nice and keeps everything clean and works hard to improve the park. All sites have concrete pads for the rv's to be parked on with gravel parking for you truck. The laundry room is kept spotless and open 24 hours. Very well priced lot rent.

My family and our friends are currently staying here for work. The owner, Jacob is very accommodating to our needs. Jacob is very hands on with his park. Keeps it clean and is constantly working on it to build it up and make it that much better for campers! It has a laundry which is open 24/7, very clean and very good prices! They also have a park area for the kids that our kids enjoy! The park is in a great school district for those of us who do the whole public school thing! We would definitely stay here again, if we are ever in the area again!

This Rv spot is highly recommended, great service from the owner himself , Jacob was a great help and the laundry facility was a plus. Very close to To to Corpus Christi , right off highway , easy access to off ramps and on ramps … I definitely will stay again here , this is my 2nd time staying at this Rv park …. 5 Star

Been here about 9 months now and have never had any issues or anything to complain about. It's nice to see the owner keeping up with the property and making everyone stay here.
