Office suite is in a Premier Building in downtown Goshen. It is a large, spacious and comfortable suite currently divided into several offices and a pleasant reception area/waiting room. Male and female bathrooms are located next to the suite in a shared area. This suite is beautiful, peaceful, and has plenty of natural light coming from multiple large windows and skylights. There are skylights in every office! The office is available to share as of February 1, 2018. This office is large and could accommodate a psychiatrist, someone who provides group therapy sessions, or any kind of therapist (e.g., psychotherapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, creative arts therapist, etc.). An office in this suite would be ideal for anyone who works with children, adults, and/or families. Since this is an office sharing situation, the monthly rent would be around $450 per month. The building has plenty of parking surrounding the entrance, and there is a large overflow lot behind the building. You would be able to easily walk to the restaurants located in or around downtown Goshen, and the area is well-lit and safe.
