About Northwest Inner Loop

The Northwest Inner Loop area is conveniently located close to the 610 Loop urban core. It is also easily accessible by major highways such as I-10, U.S. 290, and Beltway 8. Parts of Spring Branch inside the Northwest Inner Loop area, especially the southern and eastern portions, are also gentrifying quite rapidly - bringing industrial tenants here close to a diversified residential base with strengthening demographics.

Lesley Rice joined Partners in 2018 and is a Senior Vice President in the company’s Investor Services Division’s Project Leasing group. As a native Houstonian, she understands the market and represents landlords to help them maximize the profits on their investment properties. She represents a wide range of owner types, including owner/occupier and institutional, among others. During her career she has completed more than one million square feet in transactions.

Prior to joining Partners she was the Director of Leasing at commercial real estate firm in Houston where she focused on Tenant Representation. This position gave her valuable insight into the other side of the deal and enabled her to successfully assist more than 500 businesses in their leasing and purchasing needs during that time.

Audrey joins us from Transwestern, where she served as an Office Agency Leasing Broker Associate. There she fielded prospects’ via phone and email inquiries and worked with them to find the best office space for their business. She also assisted building owners and landlords in updating building marketing, was consulted on capital improvements, and planned events to attract brokers and tenants to the properties.
