The real estate consists of a total of 1.12 acres and a half block of frontage on one of the busiest parts of Van Dyke Avenue in Macomb County, with an average annual daily traffic (AADT) of 14,689 cars per day. The building is broken down into a front retail section of 1,700 square feet, a repair section of 2,700 square feet, and a mezzanine/storage area of 1,000 square feet.
