Mr. Hoeck served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and co- chaired the inaugural, national award- wining Developing Leaders program. Through NAIOP, Mike enhanced his involvement in the community and previously served as the Chair for a program that pairs high-level real estate professionals with students from the University of San Diego, UC San Diego and San Diego State University. The program aims to foster the commercial real estate industry’s relationship with San Diego’s educational institutions to guide and the next generation of industry professionals.

Tyler Jemmett, First Vice President
Prior to starting at the Irvine Company, Mr. Jemmett was an Executive Director at LA Realty Partners for 10 years (2010 - 2020), where he specialized in institutional landlord representation in the West Los Angeles area. During his tenure at LA Realty Partners, he represented landlords in transactions totaling more than 2.3 million square feet. His most notable clients included Blackstone Group/Equity Office Properties, Nuveen and Boston Properties, representing them in high profile transactions such as Hulu (270k SF), HBO (130k SF), Edmunds.com (195k SF), Kite Pharma (160k SF) and RPA (130k SF), among others.
