Today, Katie represents a more diverse portfolio of assets, including large Class A loop properties, medical and mix-used buildings, and loft properties in River North.  Recently she played a key role in guiding ownership through several building renovations at 200 W Madison, which was a 2016 TOBY award winner. And, at 150 E Huron, she was able to expand the office RBA in order to negotiate a 30,000 SF lease, ultimately bringing the building to 100% occupancy.
