Midland Lofts is located in Downtown Denver’s Central Business District on the corner of 17th and Glenarm Streets. Built in 1925, it was the headquarters of Midland Savings and Loan Bank, which in the 20’s was the largest savings and loan firm in Colorado.  The Early Italian Renaissance Revival style building was converted to apartments in the late 1990’s, and then renovated in 2006 into 80 condominium homes with a stunning Historic Lobby, and retail & office spaces on the first floor.
