All buildings have been well maintained, and the property has great curb appeal. The rear of the property borders the Pemigawasset River, a pristine trout stream. Amenities added over the years are:seasonal outdoor heated pool, fire pit along the river, BBQ picnic area, state of the art WiFi, high efficiency Mitsubishi heat pumps for heating and cooling, flat screen TVs, streaming channels, and, yes, we kept the hot and cold running water. HIGHLIGHTS The Mount Coolidge Motel has been operating in Lincoln since the 1900's, and has kept pace with traveler's wishes. The Town of LIncoln has 1600 residents, but can blossom to over 25,000 when visitors flock to the area to enjoy nature in all its glory. The area is accessible by Interstate 93, Route 302, the Kancamagus Highway, and Route 3. The White Mountain National Forest, Franconia Notch State Park, and the Appalachian Trail, provide hiking and biking trails of unlimited variety. Pristine rivers, streams, and lakes complete the picture. Mother Nature changes the tapestry in spring,summer, fall and winter.
