The Heritage Office Park consists of nine buildings at Okemos Road and Bennett Road, just North of the Okemos Road exit of I-96. The park has plenty of parking with a professional atmosphere and class A buildings. With immediate access to I-96, and therefore minutes from downtown Lansing, and less than three miles from Michigan State University's campus, these assets offer incredibly convenient location and great exposure at a busy thoroughfare. Major employers in the area include the State of Michigan, General Motors, Michigan State University, Lansing School District, Meijer and Sparrow Hospital.
