About the Property
Originally designed by William Field & Son, 360 3rd Avenue was built for the New York & Long Island Coignet Stone Company in 1872. Throughout history, this landmarked site has been the home of several different companies. In 2005 Whole Foods bought the surrounding land and pledged a $1 Million restoration project to the façade of the property. One year later, The Coignet Building was officially designated as a landmark.
