The house was converted in the 1980s for professional use, and recently renovated in 2003. The building now has ample space for businesses, offering modern amenities like gas-fired HVAC, Ethernet connections, paved on-site parking, and a two-car garage, which make this a functional yet elegant work space. A great fit for businesses looking to add an aesthetic value to their company. The first floor offers a reception area by the main door, with ready work stations for several support staff, adjacent to a refined waiting room.
