Other notable deals include a 200,000-sq.-ft. lease at 32 Old Slip for Cahill Gordon on behalf of RXR Realty, a 180,000-sq.-ft., lease in Hudson Square with a confidential technology firm on behalf of Hines, and the 623,000-sq.-ft. lease for The Whittle School & Studios in Downtown Brooklyn on behalf of Tishman Speyer Properties—one of the largest private sector office leases in the history of the borough. In 2014, Zachary was recognized as one of the Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30,” joining an elite group of up-and-comers in New York’s commercial real estate industry. In addition, Zachary has been recognized on CBRE’s Market Information Honor Roll each year since 2012. Zachary is an avid supporter of numerous charity organizations, specifically having co-founded the Young Professional Committee for St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children and forming the Price Brothers Family Leadership Scholarship at the University of Maryland. Zachary is a passionate runner, and while running for the Brooklyn Track Club, he has raised thousands of dollars for the MLT Foundation, and the Boomer Esiason Foundation through marathon fundraising efforts.
