THIS IS A SHARED BUSINESS SPACE!!! WE ARE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY OR SMALL FIRM TO SHARE INRENT COST!!! DO NOT CONTACT TO RENT THE ENTIRE ENTIRE SPACE. We are an automation company who sells and installs high end control systems, security, motorized shades etc... we use our space as a showroom for those services. We are not in much. As the owner I’m mostly out on sites unless I come in to do some paperwork. Ideally would be a company within the realm of category we are in like: Designer, Lighting consultant, architect, etc... someone who is in and out but needs a great place to relax and work. We cannot host more than 3-4 persons. Best if people aren’t parked there all day.
