The building is zoned in 4 locations. There are two zones downstairs split at the entry, and two zones upstairs split similarly. Each zone has a thermostat in the main hallway. Most of the A/C units are labeled as to which zone they service. There are six (6) A/C units in the rear of the building, two (2) A/C units in the IT Room, and two (2) in an insulated enclosure in the attic space. It is an insulated and heated building. The garage attic area is entirely enclosed and cannot be accessed. The garage is a wood framed building with wood trusses. The oil tanks are 275 gallons each and are 3/4’s full. The tanks are filled through the wall from the exterior fill spouts. The green piping at the garage perimeter appear to be for a radon system, but that would need to be verified with the previous owner/building manager. Generator Model: Unknown in locked fully contained metal enclosure. It is a whole building generator so expect it to be a Generac or equivalent.
