Prior to joining Bradford, Richard served as Senior Vice President at SVN Vanguard in San Diego, CA where he received SVN's Designation of Certified Industrial Specialist. Richard has represented such clients as American Refrigeration Supply, the United States Department of Justice, 1-800-Radiator, BD Outdoors, and Veteran's Village of San Diego.
Richard has a broad scope of experience ranging from both Landlord and Tenant lease representation to both Buyer and Seller representation of all property types. He also has property management experience coupled with an actively managed personal real estate portfolio which allows him to look at real estate from more than just a brokers perspective.
In his free time, Richard enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
