ALL HVAC REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE ARE TENANTS RESPONSIBILITY SCOPE OF WORK: Removal and replacement of (4) Lennox M# GCS16-1353-270-5G 10 -ton package RTU’S 1) Remove existing (4) Lennox Package 10-ton RTU’S roof take to trash including refrigerant recovery. 2) Provide and install (4) new 10-ton M# 48TCED20A2A5-0A0A0 standard efficiency gas/electric rooftop unit, 460 volt/3 phases/60 Hz. 3) Provide and install (4) new 10-ton curb adaptors. 4) Provide and install (4) economizers for fresh air and low ambient free cooling. 5) Provide re-hook up of existing thermostats. 6) Wire back to existing smoke detectors. 7) Provide crane service for rigging. 8) Provide re-hook up of existing including replacement of (4) NEW service disconnects. 9) Provide condensate drain line, including extending line, as required. 10) Provide permits as needed. 11) Provide start up and one-year warranty on above workmanship and manufacturer’s warranty, including Five (5) year compressor and Ten (10) year aluminized heat exchanger warranty.
