This eight-story, brick hotel was the eighth hotel in the Hilton chain which was built in 1929. The once glamorous hotel, the tallest building in Marlin, TX, had 110 hotel rooms, with a pool, spa, ball room, and even a underground tunnel that connected to the Marlin Sanitarium Bath House which was across the street. Not long after the hotel was built, it was bought by the National Hotel Company and was operated as the Falls Hotel. In 1969, it was purchased and renovated into small apartments.
