Conshohocken has attracted far more corporate relocations than most Philadelphia suburbs in recent years, with AmerisourceBergen (Philadelphia’s largest publically traded employer by revenue) and Hamilton Lane both announced plans to shift hundreds of jobs here since 2018.
By locating here, companies can position themselves at the midpoint between Center City Philadelphia and the metropolitan area’s wealthy western suburbs, which extend as far west as Exton and Downingtown. This allows Conshohocken office tenants to draw their workforce from as wide a range as possible and stay close to the Philadelphia Country Club and the metro area’s wealthiest pockets of executive housing in towns such as Gladwyne and Bryn Mawr, which are all less than a 15-minute drive away.

Doug brings over 26 years of commercial real estate experience to Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to joining JLL, MacCrory had completed more than 2 million square feet in leasing and sales transactions focused in the Class A office, technology space, medical office, multi-family, and hospitality. MacCrory has experience partnering with large institutions and private equity firms to orchestrate a variety of value-add lease acquisition and disposition transactions.
