About Woodland Hills Office
Woodland Hills is an attractive office location for tenants in Greater Los Angeles. Tenants have easy access through the 101 Freeway to access points throughout the region. The Warner Center has a multitude of retailers and restaurant options. At the center of the Warner Center is the Westfield Topanga & The Village, built in 2015 and one of the most prominent shopping centers in the San Fernando Valley.
In terms of tenancy, the area is known for its strong presence of insurance firms. Major employers include AIG, Anthem Blue Cross, Zenith Insurance Co., Health Net, Inc., and many smaller agencies. Other major tenants include video game maker Infinity Ward and financial services software developer Blackline Systems.
Looking further ahead, the Warner Center 2035 plan, which promotes densification in the Warner Center, is expected to promote additional commercial development in the area.
