Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. About the Property
The Hotel Alexandria is a landmark building in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles. Built in 1906, and having served as host to Charlie Chaplin’s wedding and Ronald Reagan’s campaign, the Alexandria contains three ballrooms; the King Edward, the Mezzanine, and the iconic Palm Court ballroom, (which is now a protected city landmark). Extensive upgrades have been done to the commercial and residential sections along with including substantial upgrades to the three historic ballrooms. After renovations, the building has been leased up within the next few months, and up to this date, still has one of the highest occupancy in terms of Supportive Housing all throughout Downtown Los Angeles.
