Max Pawk, Senior Associate

Nicholas Mulligan, Associate
Nicholas attended Bryant University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics, along with double minors in Marketing and Communications. While at Bryant, Mr. Mulligan was also on the varsity baseball team, winning three consecutive regular season NEC championships. As a lifelong New Yorker, Mr. Mulligan is very familiar with the New York market. From a young age, Nicholas has always had a passion for real estate and development. In his free time, Nicholas enjoys playing hockey and golf, as well as surfing and spearfishing. He also runs a non-for-profit surf camp in the summer with childhood friends called Spread the Swell.
