Nestled between Milwaukee and Waukesha on the eastern edge of Waukesha County, the Brookfield area has reaped the benefits of its central location, linking Wisconsin’s largest city and Milwaukee’s largest suburb. Only 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, Brookfield’s strong demographics, high-ranking school systems, and close proximity to interstates 94 and 41 have made this one of the most affluent and sought-after suburban areas in Wisconsin. Year after year, Waukesha County has consistently delivered the second most single-family homes in the state for over 25 years.
Running parallel to I-94 between Milwaukee and Waukesha, Bluemound Road and Capitol Drive are Brookfield’s most heavily trafficked thoroughfares.
