From 1983 to 1987, Matt worked with California Real Estate Counseling Group and in 1987, formed Marschall & Associates, an independent real estate consulting and appraisal firm. Warren moved to the United States in 1988, served in the United States Navy, and is a Veteran of the Persian Gulf.
