Although a new planning application was made on 22 Nov 2023 under 23/01605/DISC with a Discharge of conditions 3 (highways) and 4 (cycle parking) of previously approved application and currently has a status of pending consideration. The proposed scheme is over three storeys and provides 13 residential apartments ranging in size from 21 to 69 sq m. Works in accordance with the previously granted planning as detailed above have already commenced although the building is being offered in shell condition with works partially undertaken in various rooms.
