The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. About the Property
Kings Crossing Market Center is a new construction in King, NC just North of Winston Salem, NC. Kings Crossing has become a premier location for upper scale shopping and housing. We are also under contract with a location builder for the 64 Townhomes and 122 Single Family Homesites that will be just across the street from the market center. This will provide lots of foot traffic for the tenants to succeed in their new business. Kings Crossing Market Center has 16 Retail units on the main level and 6-8 office spaces on the upper level.
