We offer high-quality, affordable, move-in ready workspaces that can accommodate anything from drop-in usage to larger teams. As a nonprofit shared space, we prioritize other nonprofits and offer discounted rates to nonprofits. Any businesses must have a connection to sustainability work in order to be considered. Options are move-in ready and flexible, including flexible terms (such as one-year agreements). Pricing is typically determine on a price per suite basis, so the price per square foot may not accurately reflect the monthly cost.
