W. Carter Byrnes, Executive Vice President
Carter spent more than 18 years at CBRE, starting as a Senior Associate and working his way up to Senior Vice President. During his tenure, he was a founder of the Northern Virginia leasing team and built a healthcare practice group from the ground up.
