About the Property
Based on the Parade shops, the high quality, contemporary building houses the library, community centre, offices a Spar supermarket and various businesses. The Parade Enterprise Centre was part of a wider Blacon regeneration project between Sanctuary Group, Cheshire West and Chester Council (CWaC), and NHS Western Cheshire.
