ABOUT NOHO
Noho, which is also known as Fitzrovia or North of Oxford Street East, has been one of London’s most in-demand office locations in recent years. While the retail and leisure amenities of Charlotte Street and Oxford Street always made it attractive to occupiers, improvements to both its building stock and the area around Tottenham Court Road Station—given impetus by the recent arrival of Crossrail—have enhanced its appeal yet further.
