Luke Watson serves as an associate within Austin’s Industrial division. His primary responsibilities include conducting critical research and evaluating trends in Austin’s industrial market. Luke also has a hand in project leasing and supporting Stream’s principal transactions. Luke began his career with Stream Realty Partners as an intern in the Summer of 2021 and was immediately drawn to the industrial side of the business. During his time as an intern, he honed his industrial market knowledge and became an invaluable member to the industrial team, which ultimately landed him his current role.
