The Comfort Inn is located on the first suburban I-70 interchange as one approaches Kansas City from the west, on the K-7 interchange.  The hotel is located only 5 miles from The Legends at Village West, which includes attractions such as Kansas Speedway (NASCAR), Children’s Mercy Park (18,500 seat pro soccer stadium), T-Bones Stadium (6500 seat baseball stadium), Cabela’s, Nebraska Furniture Mart and the Hollywood Casino.  Currently, the area attracts over 11 million visitors annually.  The hotel is only minutes away from the outdoor Providence Hospital Amphitheater (capacity of 18,000) and a short drive from the new $75 million dollar Wyandotte Sporting Fields complex, a joint venture between Sporting Kansas City (professional soccer team) and the local government.  This complex consists of 12 turf soccer fields and training facilities.
