Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. The rent type will vary depending upon the services provided. In her primary role as Director of Leasing, Trisha negotiates proposals and leases, representing landlords of approximately 2.5 million square feet, in the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area. She maintains strong landlord/tenant communication from the start of the lease process, through opening day and beyond. In 2013, Trish became the company broker of record. In 2003, Trisha brought the investors together, and was actively involved in the design and development plan for The Village at Odenton Station; Anne Arundel County's first, mixed-use, transit-adjacent-development; located opposite the Odenton MARC Rail Station, in Odenton Town Center. George G. Meade. In 2020, Trish enters her 24th year at Klein Enterprises. She continues to focus on the Klein retail portfolio, overseeing new leasing activity, as well as lease renewals and extensions in Maryland and Virginia properties.
