Prior to joining Ackerman, Chris was a vice president at NAI Brannen Goddard, where he represented tenants and landlords in leasing and sales transactions and seven ownership entities in a 2.4-million-square-foot office, industrial and flex portfolio. He also was a senior marketing and leasing manager at First Industrial Realty Trust in charge of leasing and managing a portfolio consisting of nearly 190 tenants totaling 7.5 million square feet, and a leasing manager at Parthenon Realty LLC, where he leased and marketed 1.3 million square feet of industrial and office space.
Frank Farrell, Senior Vice President, Leasing
A 35-year veteran of the Atlanta commercial real estate industry, Frank provides comprehensive services, including marketing, advertising, proposal and lease preparation, and all related lease negotiations. He also oversees budgeting, monthly reporting, tenant construction, and tenant relations.
Frank began his career as a tenant representative with Richard Bowers & Company in 1986. A recurring CoStar Power Broker, Suzanne’s previous roles include her nearly four years as Vice President of Retail Services at Colliers International – Atlanta and more than six years as a Senior Leasing Representative at The Sembler Company. In these and other roles, she has focused on leasing ground-up developments, multiple high-end mixed-use developments, lifestyle centers, retail centers and outparcels across metro Atlanta and the Southeast.
