About Linden

Linden is a large industrial node, with nearly 21 million square feet of inventory, much of it built over the past few years to help expand retailers’ logistics networks. The industrial stock is primarily clustered around Elizabeth Avenue in Linden and Rahway, as well as along Route 9.
