Property Overview
Originally constructed in 1949 by FIrst National Bank of Amarillo. FNB occupied 7 Floors, with the remainder of the building being occupied by Shamrock Oil & Gas. In 1978, FNB sold the property to Diamond Shamrock where it operated its Corporate HQ until the late 90's. In 2000, the Tidmore Family purchased the property and has owned and operated it since then. Our tenants range from banking and legal services to oil/gas and non-profit organizations. Amenities include a parking garage, three separate conference rooms ranging from executive board room to banquet size hall. We installed a new Duralast Roof and Carrier High Efficiency Chiller in 2018. Many capital upgrades have been made to the building.
