Even though this is relatively close to our property, it pales in comparison as far as desirability, proximity to desired commercial property, even safety. Also 2326 Cincinnati doesn't have a pool. Bottom line, we feel Mary Louise will rent for much more but want to be conservative to not over promise and under deliver.
- Bids for the work needed. We implore you to reach out to each one if needed. Let them know you are considering the property and Eric Rodriguez (my partner on this deal) gave you the bid.
- Interior bid for each unit's labor
- Landscape bid
- Electrical bid
- HVAC bid (ducting already exists FYI)
- Pool renovation
The only one I couldn't find was the bid for the exterior paint but it was quoted $15,000
