Morgan's Corner, a nine acre, six parcel commercial development is on the northeast corner of Pooler Parkway and Pine Barren Road. Parcel is 1.75 acre prime corner. Pooler Parkway is the core growth corridor in Greater Savannah. This intersection is a signalized intersections on Pooler Parkway providing easy, safe access. 1.
