Located just 7 minutes from Dartmouth, 1 River Park is an iconic 64,372 S.F. mixed-use building that establishes the entrance to River Park and defines the project’s commitment to architectural excellence. With a striking facade inspired by the steel trestle bridges spanning the Connecticut River, the building is designed for a blend of restaurant, retail, office and laboratory users, and will be an anchor of activity at River Park.
