David Knee is Vice Chairman at JLL, responsible for overseeing the growth of the Northeast industrial practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. He is also the Vice Chairman of JLL’s Industrial Council for the Eastern Region, and a practice leader for JLL’s 3PL vertical. He has been with JLL since November 2007.

David has 30 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining JLL, he was a Principal and Executive Vice President at Klatskin Associates, which was sold to JLL in 2007. He has extensive experience in supply chain & logistics, tenant representation and agency leasing. During his career, David has completed over 100 million SF. of sales and lease transactions valued at more than several billion dollars. In 2020 alone, he completed 21 million SF. of transactions, with a volume of $1.5 billion dollars.

He is a former secretary for the Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA). He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA).

Chris Hile, a Vice President with JLL specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate in both North and Central Jersey. Chris has been involved in many of the firm’s successful agencies. He specializes in “hard work”. Prior to joining JLL, Chris has spent six years in Northern and Central New Jersey working with manufacturers, food and beverage, logistics and trucking companies large and small selling and servicing Caterpillar lift trucks and designing and implementing rack systems. In this highly competitive and brutal market place Chris was able to demonstrate his ability to not only retain customers but continue to generate new business by continuing through the traditional methods of prospecting, canvassing and a lot of hustle.

With over nine years of experience in commercial real estate, he is a Vice President at JLL, where he provides industrial real estate brokerage and advisory services to clients across the US. He has a proven track record of closing complex deals, negotiating favorable terms, and building long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders. He leverages his skills in real estate transactions, market analysis, contract management, and client communication to deliver optimal solutions for clients' needs and goals. Prior to joining JLL, he was a Vice President at CBRE, where he was recognized for his outstanding performance and leadership. He is passionate about industrial real estate and its impact on the economy, society, and environment. he strives to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in my work. Leslie Lanne is a Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, specializing in institutional Landlord and Tenant representation in the Northeast Region, which includes New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Lanne served as Senior Vice President with GLP US, running the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region which included overseeing all leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, property management and project management for more than 30 million square feet of distribution space. Prior to GLP, Leslie was a member of the senior team of IndCor Properties (a Blackstone Company) with the same region and responsibilities she continued to execute at GLP, when they acquired IndCor Properties. Before that, Leslie was Vice President at Prologis responsible for their 24 million square foot portfolio in New Jersey. Earlier, Leslie held roles at Deutsche Asset Management and was a commercial real estate office broker with Spaulding & Slye (acquired by JLL) in Boston, MA.

Ms. Lanne has extensive experience and history with not only institutional investors/owners but has been involved with over 80m square feet of transactions with e-commerce, distribution and warehousing tenants, giving her insight and access to decision-makers and how they evaluate their real estate from site selection to lease execution. Leslie’s 19 years of experience across real estate verticals, in multiple regions and markets enables her to help our clients achieve unparalleled results.

Leslie is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Politi is responsible for developing new business and strengthening relationships with JLL’s existing clients. Mr. Politi is an expert in NJ’s Turnpike Corridor market and utilizes JLL’s extensive platform to assist his clients nationwide.

Mr. Politi has been a member of one of the most prominent Industrial Real Estate teams in NJ since 2013. His clients served include Prologis, Bridge Development Group, John Wiley & Sons, Pilot Freight Services, Pinnacle Freight Systems, GGI, Ukay Delivery and Gould Paper Inc.

Seth Geldzahler specializes in providing logistics and supply chain solutions, transaction management/lease negotiation, and brokerage services for institutional landlord and tenant clients in the purchase/sale and leasing of industrial real estate in the Eastern Region as well as for select user clients throughout major US industrial markets.

Prior to joining JLL in January 2021, Mr. Geldzahler served as Vice President Real Estate with Bed Bath & Beyond for over 20 years.

He was responsible for all aspects of real estate including growth from under 100 stores to over 1,500 locations for 9 operating brands, including identification, acquisition, development, sale/leaseback and disposition of over five million square feet of industrial distribution space, office space, contact centers and a data center across North America.

Previously, Mr. Geldzahler practiced real estate law in Philadelphia, PA and Morristown, NJ.
